This program includes one embryo transfer and the Gestational carrier process.  The program’s cost is $ 34,785 USD, payable as follows: (The payment of 5,500 USD will be direct to the surrogate mother) this means that you will pay the clinic the sum of  29.285 USD.

Services included in the package:

1st stage: the beginning of the trip.

  • Provide independent interpretation services (English) to the intended parents, during the medical evaluation at the fertility clinic in Colombia and legal advice.
  • Evaluation and selection of the pregnant Gestational carrier(GC), defining the suitability and fulfilment of the medical and psychological requirements.
  • Appropriate medical and psychological tests for the Gestational carrier(GC), including screening for sexually tranitted infections and evaluation of the uterine cavity.
  • Psychological evaluation of PI’s
  • Reception and storage of embryos for 6 months.
  • MS diagnostic tests;
  • Standard blood test package for patients (including tests for HIV, Hepatitis B and C).
  • IP medical appointments at our clinic.
  • Legal fees: 
  • The contract between the Gestational carrier(GC) and the Intended Parents (IP)s, the necessary official translations and the informed consent of all parties.
  • Preparation of the Gestational carrier (GC) endometrium.
  • Gestational carrier(GC) life insurance.
  • Gestational carrier(GC) private medical insurance.





2nd Stage: The transfer of embryos until the 28th week of pregnancy.

  • Embryo transfer fee up to one. (No embryo formation).
  • Pregnancy ultrasound and medical check-ups up to week 28.
  • Support medication after embryo transfer for GC.
  • Beta HCG test for confirmation of pregnancy and ultrasound.
  • Periodic medical visits and tests during pregnancy for MS.
  • Visits of the social worker to the home of the GC.
  • GC monthly maintenance.
  • Compulsory monthly fee for the socio-sanitary service.

 

3rd Stage: Final stage of pregnancy, delivery, and legal documents for the baby.

  • Provide independent interpretation services (English) to the intended parents, during the medical evaluation at the fertility clinic in Colombia and legal advice.
  • The delivery and room expenses for GC will be assumed by the social health system and the private insurance paid by the fertility clinic in Colombia; if the insurance policy changes, the fertility clinic in Colombia will not be responsible. If necessary, neonatal intensive care services will be provided by the socio-sanitary service who will choose the hospital to transfer the baby.
  • Legal assistance (birth certificate, legalization, apostille, assistance with delivery of documents to the embassy), provision of legal representation for patients or intended parents; legal fees. 
  • This is not guaranteed, if there is a spontaneous abortion or the pregnancy is not achieved, the money paid up to the moment or stage will not be reimbursed.

 

Not Included:

  • The mandatory contribution of US$5,500 USD must be paid to GC after the baby is born. The contribution will be granted directly by the IPS
  • An embryo transfer is included in this quote. If an additional transfer is required, its cost will be 1,352 USD.
  • The costs related to the transport of the genetic material must be borne by the Patient.
  • It does not include the Visa fees for the baby if necessary.

The steps that we must develop are the following:

 

  1. the fertility clinic in Colombia must open the clinical history, therefore, I thank you for filling out the following format 
  2. the fertility clinic in Colombia must assign you a doctor who is in charge of you from the beginning of the treatment, for this reason, you must have a virtual medical consultation with the doctor, in this consultation, the doctor will ask you questions and you will be able to Also ask any questions you have about the treatment.
  3. You must sign a contract with Family Aims and define in that contract the date of the first payment, among other clauses. This document will be signed in Spanish and English. They must be signed in both languages.
  4. You must confirm the date of arrival of the embryos in Colombia so that with this information the clinic can schedule the officials and means to receive it.
